Potomac Valley Management, LLC (PVMGT) is a property management firm established in 2004. PVMGT is striving to become one of the leading association management firms in the Washington-Baltimore area. PVMGT manages various condominium and homeowners associations as well as rental communities throughout the metropolitan area. As a mid-size firm, PVMGT has a vast array of resources and service capabilities which are immeasurable. We also utilize a comprehensive management software package specifically designed for property management firms. We currently employ staff at our corporate office and client sites, including accounting (a/r, a/p, financials) covenants coordinator, managers, residential coordinators and support staff a one-stop shop for your property management needs.
Property Management
Our standard management services include:
- Arrange and coordinate Board of Director meetings, prepare Member meeting packets and attend Board and HOA meetings
- Comprehensive financial management services
- Vendor contract review, negotiation and oversight of vendor performance
- Maintenance and storage of individual unit filesĀ for every homeowner as well as numerous files for the general business of the Association
- Regular communication with the Board via email, telephone and in-person meetings and with homeowners through newsletters, HOA websites, telephone and written correspondence
- Provide 24-hour, seven days a week emergency maintenance service
- Prepare and process ownership transfers by distributing re-sale certificates in strict compliance with the requirements of the Common Interest Ownership Act
