Vendor contract review and negotiations and oversee contractor performance
Coordinate board meetings and prepare board packet with pertinent information for board review and decision
Maintain individual unit filefor every unit owner as well as numerous files for the general business of the Association.
Communicate with Board members and individual unit owners, both by telephone and written correspondence, when it is appropriate and/or necessary to do so.
Provide complete 24-hour maintenance service, seven days a week.
Prepare and process ownership transfers by distributing re-sale certificates in strict compliance with the requirements of the Common Interest Ownership Act.
