• Assist in the preparation of a budget that includes operations as well as long term capital improvements and replacement reserves.
• Collect assessment and rental fees, late fees, etc.
  Prepare monthly financial statements.
  Prepare year end financial statement.
  Assist auditors during the year end audit and tax preparation process.
  
  
  Smartstreet  does not process VISA Credit/Debit card transactions.    They do process Master Card, American Express and Discover credit/debit card transactions, however at a rate of $9.95 per transaction.
