FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT FEATURES

*  Assist in the preparation of a budget that includes operations as well as long term
   capital improvements and replacement reserves.

*  Collect assessment and rental fees, late fees, etc.

*  Prepare monthly financial statements.

*  Prepare year end financial statement.

*  Assist auditors during the year end audit and tax preparation process.
